Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Made-to-Order Items: Some items may appear available but are produced on a made-to-order basis unless stated otherwise. Production begins after order confirmation, and processing may take 10–14 business days before dispatch.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sualeheen is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages During Shipping

Sualeheen is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping, including to customers outside the United States. International delivery times may vary based on destination and local customs processing.
