At Sualeheen, we are committed to delivering quality craftsmanship and a smooth shopping experience. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted
Sualeheen is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and unaltered
In original condition with tags attached
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return request, please contact us via WhatsApp or email info@sualeheen.com. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Product Availability & Order Fulfillment

Depending on the product, items may be fulfilled from available stock or prepared after order confirmation.
Custom-made, personalized, special orders, or items prepared after order confirmation are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and assist accordingly.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:

A manufacturing defect, or
An error on our part

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size, color, or style are not offered.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using the size charts provided on each product page.
